Introducing Mailbox feature – receive Buyer Messages from your Amazon account and seamlessly handle them through your brand new mailbox on drop2amz.

What does it mean? Once you configure Mailbox to receive buyer messages you will never miss any important email from your buyers again. Probably you know how badly it can affect you – order handling issues, delayed orders,  communication metrics going down etc., eventually leading to your account suspension.

With the new Mailbox feature you can receive and reply to incoming messages not leaving drop2amz. Besides, all automatic order emails and other outgoing emails (eg. direct etc.) are now located in your Sent folder.
