If you notice that the Amazon Traffic Statistics stopped refreshing – it is more likely that your cookie used by the system for collecting statistics has expired. In this case, statistics should be reconnected:

  1. Open your Amazon account settings in Connected Accounts
  2. Turn off traffic statistics (unchecked the corresponding switch)
  3. Save the settings
  4. Follow standard instructions for Configure Amazon Traffic Statistics Collection

IMPORTANT – Statistics  Amazon traffic usually lags behind by 1-3 days due to the delay in displaying it in Amazon Seller Central itself. This is normal and does not require any action on your part. It makes sense to re-connect if the statistics is not synchronized for more than 5 days.
