If you notice that the Amazon Traffic Statistics stopped refreshing – it is more likely that your cookie used by the system for collecting statistics has expired. In this case, statistics should be reconnected:
- Open your Amazon account settings in Connected Accounts
- Turn off traffic statistics (unchecked the corresponding switch)
- Save the settings
- Follow standard instructions for Configure Amazon Traffic Statistics Collection
IMPORTANT – Statistics Amazon traffic usually lags behind by 1-3 days due to the delay in displaying it in Amazon Seller Central itself. This is normal and does not require any action on your part. It makes sense to re-connect if the statistics is not synchronized for more than 5 days.
